Set up your eSIM

Open your QR code

Open your Zwitchy confirmation email — or My account → your eSIM — on a second screen, so you can scan the QR with the phone you're setting up.

Settings → Cellular

On your iPhone go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Service) → Add eSIM → Use QR Code.

Scan the QR code

Point your camera at the QR in the email. Tap Continue, then Add Cellular Plan. This installs the eSIM — no data is used yet.

Label it & turn on data

Label the plan “Zwitchy Travel”, keep your primary line for calls/texts, and set the Zwitchy eSIM as your data line.

Land & enable roaming

When you arrive, turn on Data Roaming for the Zwitchy line (this uses our partner networks, not your home carrier). You're online!

Open your QR code

Open your Zwitchy confirmation email — or My account → your eSIM — on another device, so you can scan the QR with the phone you're setting up.

Settings → Network & SIM

Open Settings → Connections → SIM Manager (Samsung) or Network & internet → SIMs (Pixel) → Add eSIM.

Scan the QR code

Choose “Scan QR code” and point the camera at the QR in your email. Confirm to download the eSIM profile.

Name it & pick data SIM

Name the profile “Zwitchy Travel”, keep your main SIM for calls/texts, and select Zwitchy as your mobile-data SIM.

Land & enable roaming

On arrival, enable Roaming for the Zwitchy eSIM. It connects to our local partner networks — you're online.
