Enter your order number and the email you bought with — we'll send it again.

If you have an account

Every eSIM you have ever bought lives in your account, QR code included. No order number needed.

Losing the email doesn’t cancel anything

Your eSIM lives on our side, not in your inbox. We can re-send the QR code as often as you need, and it stays valid until you install it. If you already installed it, it’s still on your phone even if you delete the email.

I don’t have my order number

It’s in the subject line of your confirmation email, in the form ZW-1234.
Search your inbox, and your spam folder, for Zwitchy.
Paid with PayPal? The order number is on your PayPal receipt too.
Still nothing? Start a chat with your payment date and the last 4 digits of your card, and we’ll find it for you.
