Before you load $10.
What happens to credit I do not spend?
It stays on your balance. No expiry date and no monthly fee eating into it, so a leftover $6 from Portugal is still $6 when you land in Vietnam next year. It is not refundable to your card, so load what you expect to travel on.
How much data does $10 buy?
It depends where you are, which is the honest answer to a question most plans dodge. In Türkiye $10 goes a long way; in the priciest markets it covers far less. Every country's rate is published above and in your account before you travel.
Do I need a new eSIM in each country?
No. You install one eSIM, once. It stays on your phone and connects in every country we cover, with nothing to re-buy or re-scan when you land.
Can I get a surprise bill?
No, because nothing is billed after the fact. You spend credit you already paid for, and data stops when it reaches zero. Auto top-up, if you turn it on, is capped at your chosen amount and three charges a day.
Which phones work?
Any eSIM-capable phone that is not carrier-locked: iPhone XS and newer, recent Pixels, and most flagship Android handsets from the last few years. Your account checks compatibility before you claim the eSIM.
