The Zwitchy Partner Program lets approved partners earn a commission for referring customers who purchase eSIM plans through their unique link. Now On Company Limited ("Zwitchy", "we") operates the program and may approve or decline applications at its discretion.
Partners earn 15% (or the rate shown on their dashboard) of the net amount of each completed, non-refunded order placed by a customer within 30 days of clicking the partner's link, on a last-click basis. Commission is calculated in US dollars on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes and discounts. Account credit spent on an order does not earn commission on that order, because credit bought through a partner link earns separately as it is used (section 5).
Referrals are tracked by a cookie set when a visitor follows your link. Attribution is last-click and expires after 30 days. Because attribution is last-click, a later click on another partner's link takes over future earnings, including future usage of credit that has not yet been spent. Purchases you make yourself, and orders later refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, do not earn commission and any related commission is reversed. Where a customer signed up through your link and repeat attribution applies to your account, their later orders continue to earn at the rate shown on your dashboard.
Approved commission becomes payable once you have provided complete business details and verified your payout email, and once you have accepted the current version of these terms. You may request a payout once your available balance reaches $50.00. We issue a self-billing invoice for each payout and pay to the account on file. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
Pay As You Go credit is not a sale, so buying it earns no commission at the time of purchase. Instead, credit bought through your link earns commission as the customer actually uses it, at the rate frozen to that purchase. Earnings are calculated daily and added up once a month. Credit is used oldest first, so a purchase attributed to you stops earning once it has been spent. Each purchase earns for up to 12 months from the day it was paid for; this is a limit on commission only and never on the customer's credit, which does not expire. Credit that did not come from your link earns nothing: that includes rewards, referral and promotional credit, credit added by our team, and automatic top-ups, which are charged without a browser session and so cannot be attributed to any partner. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the unspent part stops earning and any commission already paid on the refunded amount is reversed.
You must promote Zwitchy honestly and lawfully. You may not bid on Zwitchy trademarks in paid search, send spam, make false claims, offer unauthorised cashback, or use misleading or deceptive practices. We may withhold or reverse commission and suspend or terminate your account for any breach.
We may update these terms, commission rates, or the program at any time. Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, any commission already approved and not in breach of these terms remains payable. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
